From the initial meeting with Tom from HLA after requesting quotes I can only say the whole experience has been exemplary from start to finish.
Fantastic communication, information provided when asked and generally excellent service.
The training from Adam at Rational was also excellent and as a customer I would definitely recommend to anyone getting one of these ovens that this training is taken up when offered. It was very informative and the after service seems excellent.
Having this equipment in Redhouse is going to take a huge amount of pressure off all the team in the kitchen.
I would 100% recommend Tom, the HLA team and rational to any units needing new catering equipment in the future.
My thanks also to Rachel for persevering and not drowning in the seemingly never ending paperwork of quotes etc.
