Client – Blue’s Micro Pub, Whitburn

Project Brief:
Installation of cellar cooling system for their drinks cellar and air conditioning for the Blue’s Micro Pub in the heart of Whitburn Village.

Actions:
Coolrite Refrigeration were more than happy to help and the team supplied and fitted a Marstair cellar cooling system to maintain a constant temperature to the store.

A Toshiba split air conditioning system was also installed allowing for heating or cooling to the bar, providing a pleasant temperature for customers and staff. The unit’s low noise output makes it idea for the small traditional pub.

Client – Cook and Barker Inn, Northumberland

Project Brief:
Supply and installation of a commercial double door fridge.

Actions:
Coolrite supplied and fitted a double door fridge to The Cook and Barker Inn in Morpeth, Northumberland, a traditional Northumberland Country Inn. The installation was not as straight forward as you imagine as the fridge needed to guided through a number of doors in order to get it into place.

The Owners are delighted with the end product as it allowed them to provide more choice in the restaurant.

Client – East Chevington Club

Project Brief:
Installation of a new fast cycle Hobart dishwasher

Actions:
Supply and installation of new Hobart dishwasher. To minimise downtime the installation was completed in a short period of time.

The staff are delighted with the new dishwasher and welcome the time savings.

Client – Durham Brewery

Project Brief:
A replacement cooling system for their beer cellar.

Actions:
Coolrite Refrigeration were more than happy to help and the team supplied and fitted a new system to suit the requirements. To ensure the system operates correctly in the future the service team also provided a planned maintenance schedule meaning the system will last longer and operate at it peak of energy efficiency.

Client – The Cook and Barker Inn, Morpeth

A new cold-room installation for a bar / restaurant

Actions:
Coolrite Refrigeration recently completed a new cold-room installation for a maintenance customer, The Cook and Barker Inn Morpeth. Due to the increased business the venue had received The cold room was completed in time for venue to participate in the governments Eat out to help out scheme!

Owner Phil was delighted with the end product as it allowed him to provide more choice for his menu!

Client – Whitley Bay Golf Club

Project Brief:
Replacement of existing dishwasher with fast cycle Hobart dishwasher

Actions:
Supply and installation of new Hobart dishwasher. To minimise kitchen downtime the installation was completed in a short period of time.

The client is delighted with the 1 minute wash cycle on the Hobart dishwasher.

Coolrite and HLA can now offer interest free credit on Hobart equipment.

Client – Dodgin’s Yard Restaurant

Project Brief:
Renovation of existing kitchen including installation of upmarket synergy grill.

Actions:
The full renovation was completed in a short period to minimise kitchen downtime. The new upmarket synergy grill allows the kitchen to cook and sell high value steaks.

Client – Farmers Club

Project Brief:
Installation of dedicated glass washer, to meet bar demands

Actions:
A standalone Hobart Glass washer was installed to reduce the bottle neck in drinks service. Previously glasses were hand washed this being time consuming. The machine has a 1 and 2 minute wash cycle, with a high capacity of up to 60 racks per hour, freeing up bar staffs’ time.

Project Brief:
Design and planning for fabrication to refurb existing kitchen

Bespoke stainless steel work surfaces were fabricated and installed to fit the existing kitchen area providing more usable work area.
