Coolrite has completed the installation of a bespoke extraction canopy for Fun Shack Seaham.
The commercial canopy connects directly to custom ductwork above to remove harmful fumes such as carbon monoxide as well as heat and grease generated from cooking equipment to be installed below.
In addition to the installation Coolrite provided full staff training on the use of the equipment.
