A School in North Tyneside required a dishwasher to be installed that could clean a full lunchtime in a short period of time.
Actions:
Coolrite installed a new energy efficient Hobart Dishwasher capable of washing up to 48 racks per hour.
Client – Sunderland School
Project Brief:
A School in Sunderland was struggling to cope with the demand of the lunchtime service with a small dishwasher.
Actions:
With the help from Coolrite they have gone from little to large, with a new Hobart Dishwasher capable of washing up to 48 racks per hour. The 4-sided hood keeps energy and humidity in the system and saves the need for a condense canopy. (new dishwash table to follow)

Actions:
The installation of two Rational combination, regarded as one of the best commercial cookers in the professional kitchens worldwide. The ovens were installed to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
Client – St Anthony’s school
Project Brief:
Improve and shorten delivery times of meals to students
Actions:
The installation of two Rational combination ovens to improve efficiency and preheating time over previous methods of steaming. A satellite self-contained serving station was installed to reduce the bottleneck caused by the need to transport food back and forth from the kitchen during service.
St Anthony’s head cook is delighted with the installation of the two ovens ‘This has made kitchen life so much easier, faster plus the benefits of efficiency and energy cost saving.’
